I have this issue that started recently on Safari, where my href gets encoded or some sort of changes occurs when navigating to that location.
Didn't happen yesterday or days before. On Chrome works fine.

It used to take me to my-next-page.html where I was able to grab the url parameter exactly as I was passed.
Now my destination location.href looks like this
https://website.com/my-next-page.html?url=https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr&_gl=1*45ern0q*_ga*YW1wWxWHBTRkkFGJT4TmlHOFE.
Any suggestions why this started to happen?
