Recently Jetbrains uodated their Toolbox application to the 2.0 version. Since that I cannot update neither install the IDEs from the application. I get an error saying "Cannot update IntelliJ: Failed to extract package".

I had the same issue and it was my
tmpfsthat was full so I deleted the files in/tmpand was good to go
