OpenApi specification works on IntelliJ IDE but .jar File doesn't work

Question

I'm developing a java app with springboot 3.x, the Api documentation is provided by OpenApi specification.

The problem is when i run the app on IntelliJ it works fine but when i build the "jar" file and execute it, doesn't work...

well, reading this, i noticed that the OpenAPI class was not found and i added a dependency for that, but still same issue, here's my pom.xml:

Also tried to add spring-doc plugin...

after about 2 hours looking for an answer to solve the problem, didn't get anything ... i'll apreciate a clue to solve it!
