Recently Windows 11 performed an update (22h2 22621.819) that has broken the connection to a webservice (running on Windows server 2003 SP2) that has been working without issue.
When debugging this, I receive the below error:
The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

The application running on W10 (21H2 19044.2251) continues to work fine without any hiccups.
Can anyone provide me with some direction on what to do to allow the client access back to this service. The server itself does not get anything from the client in these cases.
The event viewer logs on the client are showing "A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013. The SSPI client process is" This is where I get a myriad of processes.. and PID.. WWAHOST backgroundTaskHost msteamsupdate HxTsr
Can anyone provide me with some additional steps to try?
