Use TypeScriptToLua with AzerothCore and Eluna Lua Engine

Question

I would like to write Eluna scripts using TypeScript instead of Lua for my AzerothCore application (using the AC Eluna module).

Is there an easy way to combine it with the TypeScriptToLua tool ? Ideally with automatic code watch and rebuild on changes.
